For prompt registration of your claim, please provide the following information:

  • Your Date of Birth
  • IMEI of handset
  • Handset Purchase Invoice no.
  • Handset Purchase Invoice Date
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Date & Time of theft
  • Theft location

Get "Claim Intimation Number" (CIN) Registered.

Mention your unique Claim Intimation Number in all future communications for a prompt response.

Pre filled required documents will be sent to your registered email ID.

In case you are unable to receive the documents on your registered email ID, you can also download the blank forms here .

Intimate Police Station on Theft and get Police Intimation letter "duly stamped & signed".

Intimation letter to be procured within 24 hours of the incident, failing which insurer reserves right of claim process on non-standard basis.

Block SIM Card with your Telecom Operator and get SIM Blocking Letter "duly stamped & signed" or get an email from the telecom operator stating that the SIM is blocked.

If there is a cashless service centre available in your area, you will be assigned an authorized service centre and you can avail of the cashless service.

Get Repair Quotation from Authorized Service Centre: In letter head of the center with proper seal and stamp.

The quotation should have a part-wise estimate for the damaged parts.

If you have availed of cashless service, visit the assigned service centre with the damaged handset, ID proof copy and purchase bill copy within 5 days.

Send Repair Quotation along with 3 Photos of the damaged handset (1 photo showing IMEI number clearly and other 2 showing damage) to support@appsyouneed.in.

If you have availed of cashless service, submit the damaged handset for repair at the assigned service centre.

Insurance Co. Approves within 24 Hours and also tells the amount approved to the customer.

Post Approval Get the Repair work done and get invoice.

If you have availed of cashless service, the service centre will repair your handset and you will be informed of a date to pick up your repaired handset.
